At Bossed Up Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering 100% authentic products and carefully inspect every order before it ships.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all perfume and cologne sales are final. For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances.

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we'll work quickly to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.
  • A refund is otherwise approved at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Lost Packages

Bossed Up Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier first. If you need assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the claims process.
